Phone Sessions
People travel to Mt Shasta from all over the world for retreating and questing and introspective pilgrimages. In doing this work here I have had the joy of meeting so many heart centered people, seeking truth and healing and freedom from various kinds of pain or simply expanding into greater peace.
Shamanic/Intuitive healing work at a distance is just as effective as in person, so no matter where you are throughout the United States you can have a session from your home.
Essentially, when something is disconnected in the mind it can be discovered by tracking the energy felt in the body and connecting it back in. It is a ‘feeling it in the body’ based work, whatever it is that brings you to want the session will correlate to emotions and energy and electricity present, frozen, stuck or held in the nervous system or energy field throughout the body. Feeling it and being in the Present with acknowledgement of it is the doorway In…to transmuting, integrating it..... into wholeness.
We all have blind spots that keep us stuck in disconnected patterns. When the blind spots are seen and acknowledged energy and distortions transmute and as it is accepted and held in neutrality it unravels more, the patterned hold on it is relaxed and surrendered, the ultimate source revealed…. healing happens.
We follow the thread to the next layer and continue to allow what is revealed to be freed, integrated…non-judgmentally. It’s truly a beautiful Intuitive Shamanic process that unfolds very naturally. Each session is different, I don't follow a method, I am present with what is being revealed, because what steps forward in the moment is what is ready to be integrated.

it is to "Die Standing up".....Die Standing Up is dedication to the sacred art of conscious endings. Across many wisdom traditions, those who accompany transformation understand that every true beginning asks something to end. Whether an old identity, a lifelong defense, a protection, a limiting pattern, a relationship, a belief, a narrative, or eventually the body itself.
We are invited to meet each threshold standing ~Awake, open-hearted, present, and leaning deeply alive.
Entering.
What has always been waiting.
To live as what remains, after what is no longer needed falls away.
Consciously here, lucid enough to witness, softening enough to perceive the subtle.
This is not about death of the ego parts. It is about....life, intimacy with presence, intimacy with transformation.
To death doula at the doorway of the "afterlife" that has always been here.....waiting.....for the standing....Now.
