Inside, below our awareness, we are layered with pains we haven't wanted to feel, dismembered parts we haven't accepted, reactions to these parts and pains and habits and patterns to distract ourselves away from them.
These arise as sensations that we don't like and don't want, but if we allow ourselves to feel these sensations or pains when they surface - bravely surrendered to whatever is there - through feeling them fully in our bodies, without resistance or judgement, they will transform......and so will you!
